Conference fee & dates
RhodesMRC 2010 will take place in Rhodes for five days: October 6-10, 2010
There are four types of of participation to RhodesMRC 2010. The exact fee and the benefits included are described below. There is a discount for first and second wave applications noted with *.
- Full participant - 90€/65€*
Full participants are 21-29 years old (younger or older people may apply, but their selection will be subject to availability and priority) and will be assigned a country to represent in one of the RhodesMRC 2010 committees.
The fee includes:
- Participant's Kit with stationary material, conference bags, badges, leaflets and the welcome package.
- All the lunches, coffee breaks and receptions included to the official program.
- Any cultural events included to the official program.
- The Rhodes Tour on October 9th.
- Certificate of participation.
The fee does not include:
- Accommodation and travel expenses.
- Any side events not mentioned to the official program.
- Full participant with accommodation - 190€/115€*
Full participants are 21-29 years old (younger or older people may apply, but their selection will be subject to availability and priority) and will be assigned a country to represent in one of the RhodesMRC 2010 committees.
The fee includes:
- Participant's Kit with stationary material, conference bags, badges, leaflets and the welcome package.
- All the lunches, coffee breaks and receptions included to the official program.
- Any cultural events included to the official program.
- Accommodation (bed and breakfast) to a shared room (2-3 persons per room) from October 6th to October 10th (four nights).
- The Rhodes Tour on October 9th.
- Certificate of participation.
The fee does not include:
- Observer - 90€/65€*
Observers are people willing to be present during the sessions. Observers have no right of speech during the sessions and may not interact with the delegates during that same period. There is no age limit but there will be a maximum of 10 observers per committee.
The fee includes:
- Observer's Kit with stationary material, conference bags, badges, leaflets and the welcome package.
- All the lunches, coffee breaks and receptions included to the official program.
- Any cultural events included to the official program.
- The Rhodes Tour on October 9th.
- Certificate of participation as an observer.
The fee does not include:
- Accommodation and travel expenses.
Although we don't provide accommodation for observers, we can recommend collaborating hotels for lower rates.
- Any side events not mentioned to the official program.
- Observer Lite- 60€/35€*
Observers are people willing to be present during the sessions. Observers have no right of speech during the sessions and may not interact with the delegates during that same period. There is no age limit but there will be a maximum of 10 observers per committee.
The fee includes:
- Observer's Kit with stationary material, conference bags, badges, leaflets and the welcome package.
- All the lunches, coffee breaks and receptions included to the official program, except those of the Rhodes Tour on October 9th.
- Certificate of participation as an observer.
The fee does not include:
- Accommodation and travel expenses.
Although we don't provide accommodation for observers, we can recommend collaborating hotels for lower rates.
- Any cultural events included to the official program.
- The Rhodes Tour on October 9th.
- Any side events not mentioned to the official program.
