Angeliki Biti, BSEC Chairman-in-office at RMRC 2012
My name is Angeliki Biti and I am 21 years old. I’m an undergraduate student in the faculty of International and European Studies of University of Piraeus. I will be The Chairman in Office ( despite the fact I’m obviously a woman! ) of Black See Economic Cooperation for this year .It is my honor to welcome you all in Rhodes MRC 2012 and especially at Black See Economic Cooperation committee . Alongside with my fellow Secretary General Hector Tsamis ,we will be there to coordinate and facilitate the conflicting debates and the endless negotiations.

I have participated, since I was at my first year of my studies, in a lot simulations all over Europe such us ThessISMUM, Cambridge MUN , Stockholm MUN, MUNIST , BISMUN and many more , but always Rhodes MRC has a specific place in my heart. I am supporting this specific simulation since it was initially founded and I can assure you that your participation would be a memorable experience.

Moreover, it is my pleasure to chair Black See Economic Cooperation for 2nd time, I fully engage myself to establish high standards of cooperation and understanding between the board and the delegates, but I require from delegates hard work , devotion to the goals of the committee , diplomatic courtesy and passionate participation in negotiations to reach a consensus, a prerequisite for BSEC to reach a decision. Keep all that in mind and try to improvise it always works! It is your chance to get to the world of diplomacy, accept this challenge and take advantage of it to the most.

I am at your disposal, if any questions concerning the procedure or the subjects may arise.

Can’t wait to meet you all!
