Anyone may apply for participation to RhodesMRC 2012. However, not all applications will be accepted, while the final participants of the conference will be selected by the Registration Committee of RhodesMRC 2012 (consisting of two members of RhodesMRC 2012 Board and three members of the Organizing Committee). Furthermore, a small percentage of the seats will be reserved to applicants from Rhodes.

Important notification for non-EU citizens: Before applying to RhodesMRC 2012 please make sure that you can travel to Greece with or without a VISA. In case your application is accepted by the Registration Committee please be noted that in order for the Organizing Committee to send you an official invitation for visa purposes you will have to deposit the fees + accommodation cost, you will have to provide us with pre-paid hotel reservation in case you don't choose our accommodation packages and also provide us with proof of tickets reservation.
