There are four types of of participation to RhodesMRC 2011. The exact fee and the benefits included are described below.There is a discount for first and second wave applications noted with *.

- Full participant - 120,00€/90,00€*
Full participants are 21-29 years old (younger or older people may apply, but their selection will be subject to availability and priority) and will be assigned a country to represent in one of the RhodesMRC 2011 committees.
The fee includes:- Participant's Kit with stationary material, conference bag, badges, leaflets and the welcome package.
- All the lunches, coffee breaks and receptions included to the official program.
- A surprise cultural event included on Thursday, Oct 20th, 2011.
- Certificate of participation.
- Accommodation and travel expenses.
- Any side events not mentioned to the official program and the events of the Cultural Package (see below).
- Observer - 120,00€/90,00€*
Observers are people willing to be present during the sessions. Observers have no right of speech during the sessions and may not interact with the delegates during that same period. There is no age limit but there will be a maximum of 15 observers per committee.
The fee includes:- Observer's Kit with stationary material, conference bag, badges, leaflets and the welcome package.
- All the lunches, coffee breaks and receptions included to the official program.
- A surprise cultural event included on Thursday, Oct 20th, 2011.
- Certificate of participation.
- Accommodation and travel expenses.
- Any side events not mentioned to the official program and the events of the Cultural Package (see below).
- Observer - 80,00€/50,00€*
Observers are people willing to be present during the sessions. Observers have no right of speech during the sessions and may not interact with the delegates during that same period. There is no age limit but there will be a maximum of 15 observers per committee.
The fee includes:- Observer's Kit Lite with stationary material, conference bag, badges and leaflets.
- All the lunches, coffee breaks and receptions included to the official program.
- Certificate of participation.
- Accommodation and travel expenses.
- Any events mentioned or not to the official program and the events of the Cultural Package (see below).
