How to register to RhodesMRC as an indivindual

• Download the Registration Form.
• Fill it in and save it to your computer
• Send it as an attached .doc file to secretariat@rhodesmrc.org
  along with a good resolution photo of yours (.jpg, .gif or .png format preferred - minimum size 400x600 pixels).

Registration process

• Upon receipt of your registration form, it is forwarded to the Registration Committee
• Your registration form is evaluated and, if approved, you are assigned with a country/organization in one of the two simulated committees. The two stages (approval and country assignement) last up to 30 days.
• After being assigned a country/organization you have to deposit the fees corresponding to the package you selected in the Bank Account you are communicated within 10 days of your approval in order your registration to be completed (you need to send us by fax or e-mail the bank receipt). If you fail to deposit the fees, your assigned country might be assigned to another delegate and your participation to RhodesMRC 2012 will be cancelled.

How to register to RhodesMRC as a group

• The Group Leader has to download the Registration Form for Group Delegations.
• Fill it in and save it to your computer
• Send it as an attached .doc file to secretariat@rhodesmrc.org
  along with a good resolution photo of yours (.jpg, .gif or .png format preferred - minimum size 400x600 pixels).

Registration process

• Upon receipt of your group registration form, it is forwarded to the Registration Committee.
• Your group registration form is evaluated and each of your group's members is assigned with a country/organization in one of the simulated committees. The two stages (approval and country assignement) last up to 30 days.
• All of your group's members has to follow the indivindual registration process, at least 30 days before the end of the registration period.
• After being assigned a country/organization you have to deposit the fees corresponding to the sum of the packages you've selected in the Bank Account you are communicated within 10 days of your approval in order your registration to be completed (you need to send us by fax or e-mail the bank receipt). If you fail to deposit the fees, your assigned countries might be assigned to another delegation and your participation to RhodesMRC 2012 will be cancelled.
